The German adult retailer Amorelie wants to expand its distribution business. With a 60-page catalog for Europe and Asia, the company demonstrates its international presence and wants to do business with retailers in the respective regions.
The Berlin-based e-commerce company Amorelie, founded in 2013, has enjoyed several years of rapid growth. With its audacious television advertising, the retailer has established itself in people’s minds as one of the leading online destinations for sex toys and was acquired by the German media company ProSiebenSat1 last year. A detailed interview with the founder and managing director of the company can be found here.
A mix of global brands and private-label brands
The Amorelie range includes selected international brands as well as private labels such as Boho, Cupe, Miss V, and Svara. According to the company, Amorelie has a high recognition value in Germany. Television advertising also made the company known to 60% of Germans. Its label is now a pricey commodity that Amorelie now wants to grow with.
A Senior Manager B2B Distributor Sales comments on the expansion strategy in distribution: »As we encourage people to have happy, fulfilled and sensual relationships, we work to expand our international presence. Our 2019 catalog encompasses all that represents Amorelie. We are proud to present our own portfolio and look forward to engaging the global adult community.«
Extensive support for retailers
Retailers in Europe and Asia can count on extensive support in addition to the catalog, says Amorelie. POS campaigns as well as marketing support and on-site support, including employee training, are part of the offer for the company’s international customers. The popular Amorelie Advent calendar is also expected to generate sales worldwide.
